        Ordered extra crispy, got original. Chicken was cold and gross. Biscuits were dry, couldn't even butter them, just crumbled apart. Fries were cold. Waited 10 minutes for order and only drove 2 minutes to home. You would think food would have been hot. Last trip to this gross place! Will travel the 30 minutes to popeyes.
