      • South Street Barbecue

        We had Trone come out and give us an estimate for a new HVAC system on the week of Sept. 18th. Since then, other than empty promises to call me back when I call them, I haven't heard from them. They've ignored my emails requesting information. When I call, they promise they're going to call back and I never hear from them. They're worse than worthless, they're liars. Maybe they only choose to treat me this way, but if they'll do that to one person, they'll do it to others. Steer clear of Trone Appliance unless you enjoy dishonesty.

        I have been in business with the ownership of this business....They appeared to be drunk and unruly during the time..we had felt threatened also...I would advise you search elsewhere for your needs in this area.
