Our driver was Johnny Z he was very nice ! They allow 15 min grace period and our friends were slightly drunk so took a little longer but Johnny was patient and had a good attitude:)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My coworkers and I used this party bus rental for our work outing and the pick up was fine. Our driver Tommy gave us the wrong number to call if we needed anything. He also was not there at our designated pick up time. We then had to call the company's direct line and have our head boss demand a ride to pick us up. Keep in mind this rental costed 895. 195$ was a card upfront deposit and 700$ was paid to Tommy in cash upon pick up. We are incredibly dissatisfied with the service. We are also grateful we did not leave any valuables behind because we never saw the bus that we originally came in again. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. The driver told us to to venmo the payment once we were on the bus but then stopped service after 10 minutes and spent the next 45 minutes trying to convice us they did not take venmo. After speaking to customer service (Jessica) they refused to give us a discount for the time lost. Would not recommend this party bus service!!!!
