HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE place to take your kids! All parents keep your kids away from this location! We have been a kiddie academy costumer of Arlington Hts but and moved to itasca decided to take our daughter here but it was WORST decision ever. Location do not have the same owners. I did a lot of research and found out that Even the good reviews you see here are from the Owner, her husband and their family members to scam people. What a lame We took our daughter there for days only. We spotted a lot things that were wrong. Biggest failure was when I saw the owner transporting 2% fat reduce milk in the trunk of her car when outside was 104F. UNBELIEVABLE! We asked for our kids menu at least 15 times in 3 days and their final answer was that we do not have one. Unprofessional and unfriendly people working. STAY AWAY if you love your kids.

I like the cleanliness of the building and classrooms. Also, staff is very caring and supportive and very communicative. Also love the fact that they serve fresh fruits and vegetables and wholesome meal daily made in their kitchen. I don't believe all the negative comment but see the center for yourself. Its being cleaned daily M-F and all the enrolled family says its a very clean facility.
