        Good location away from the city noise. Nice rooms, but the toilet/shower room was dim and small. Our room had a noticeable dent in the area where the inner doorknob swings in to rest. Don't know why they left it damaged. Breakfast was average. 11 minutes from Royal Buffet, one of the best must-try seafood buffet restaurant in the Chicago area.

        Standard Hyatt. Breakfast should start at 6 and nothing was prepared - they're ready at 6:20. Overall ok

        We choose this location purposefully. We were told at the time of check in they dont clean your room during our 5 day stay, and we had to get our own clean towels and our trash was never emptied. The room needs updating. The carpet was gross. They seemed extremely short staffed. One person was seen doing multiple jobs. We got what we paid for.
