Lady on the phone wouldn't even book my appointment for someone to come look at my water heater because the product wasn't purchased from them, only the installation. My question is, Why leave a sticker on the product saying call us first? And isn't installation something that can make the product malfunction if installed incorrectly?

We have been Aleck Plumbing Customers for at least 6 years now. Thankfully, we do not need Plumbing Services often, but when we do, the Aleck Team is always responsive, helpful and has fair/competitive pricing. This past Friday was no exception. Suddenly, and without warning, our home had zero water coming out of any faucets, and it was approx 8pm on a Friday night. We are on a well, but evidently had not been aware of a Well Services company, so we called Aleck to ask them about the suddenly absent water. Aleck Plumbing advised us that they do not service wells, but they referred us to Will County Well & Pump, which was precisely the company we needed to speaking with that Friday night.
