    When I first met Barbara Brown it felt like I was talking to a life long friend. She is the reason I decided to sign up with her AllState Co. I am a repeat customer of this business, and they never disappoint. The team is always friendly and helpful, and they keep me updated regarding my insurance needs etc. I cant say enough good things about this business. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and accommodating. The quality of their work is exceptional, and I couldnt be happier with the final result.

    I incured a HUGE LOSS due to Barbara making MULTIPLE ERRORS setting up my policy over the phone. I was unable to review the documents due to technical issues with the website (it was an e-policy so nothing was mailed). I made her aware of this but trusted everything was set up per our conversation and assumed I would eventually be able to see everything once the system was updated. My car was involved in an accident shortly after the policy was in force. When I went to file a claim I was advised I didn't have full coverage. I was shocked & livid because I knew 100% I requested full coverage (this is what I already had in force, I was simply changing companies not coverage). I decided to stay calm knowing that the calls were supposed to be recorded. I advised them not to take my word but to pull the recording of our call. Of course the call "couldn't be retrieved". I was left taking a HUGE LOSS and she took NO ACCOUNTABILITY for her error. If you opt to do business with her agency, know you are taking on a major risk of taking a loss due to INCOMPETENCE. Even if she made a mistake ( which happens) how can you not follow YOUR OWN COMPANIES POLICY AND PROCEDURES to record calls?! It was a complete FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY. I was literally "IN THE WORST HANDS".
