Wingstop

Ordered my food through the app. Had that it would be ready in 20 minutes. When we got there, it wasnt ready and had to wait another 25 minutes for it. Got home and half of our order was missing. I called back and they said i can go back there and pick up the rest of the food, but we dont live near the location and was told i would be reimbursed for my order. 6 weeks later and its still not reimbursed. Ive called every week and am told that the manager is submitting it tomorrow or the manager will call you and confirm its gone through. Id really just like to be reimbursed for the order since it was over $30 of missing items.

To start, the wings and fries are always very soggy. I came here a second time to give it another chance it once again all the food was super soggy and unpleasant tasting. The service is not too good, I waited a long time to be able to put my order in. The atmosphere is unpleasant it is always dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. I dont recommend this place at all.

I used to order from here a lot and had no issues. I put in an delivery order on the wingstop app after about 45 minutes I get an email that delivery got canceled when I call the store to ask why and if i can get a refund they said its ready I have to come and pick it up ( that i was unable to do) avoiding the question alot so no help whatsoever Update: I was promised a refund will be in my account in 3 days it's been a week, no refund, don't come here unless you want your money stolen

They are extremely slow, employees are rude, and literally do not even acknowledge customers when they walk in. Food is overcooked with no sauce. Soda machine is never has anything you want. Also don't even get me started on how absolutely disgusting the bathrooms are. Seriously I love wingstop but this location is by far the worst experience ever.
