0 stars. Never met this doctor, but it seems they wanted to send me to debt collection for an unpaid bill that happened in 2015. They did not even have the hospital information correct, until I noted that it was at an entirely different hospital. After speaking on the phone with several people, I had mentioned that all my doctors were female. Even IF I had seen him, all my medical bills at the time were also 100% covered by medicaid. The woman on the phone said they did not have my insurance information at the time and labeled me as a self pay. No other doctors had this issue when billing came up (and I saw many doctors) because they ALL had my insurance. Instead, they decided not to send me any bills since 2015 and are now just sending me to collections. It makes no sense. Why would I be responsible for a bill that medicaid should have paid for, but this office did not care to try to get this information at the time. Clearly a very unorganized team. Trying to ruin my credit and also try to get money for services that were never rendered.

I love dr Koko hes done 3 of my surgeries and I couldnt ask for better care!!!!!
