Extremely poor customer service. Looks like i got to some sort of hill billy side road store. They sell cars over 100k and they expect that customers will be so stupid to eat all that attitude and erogance and insults... Come on. I was at this dealership 5 years ago and went other dealer because of same service. Today i decided to stop by thinking that new management changed something. No luck. If you want to get insulted with 10k over msrp when market is down. When you want to get insulted when they give for your car half what it's worth on the market then that's the place you need to go.

Iam writing to express my extreme disappointment with the appalling service I received at Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates on Monday, February 5th, 2024 . When I contacted them to schedule an appointment to address critical safety issues with my Sprinter van, including malfunctioning seatbelts and alarming air bag warnings, I was met with indifference and dismissive treatment. The sprinter advisor I spoke with, Omar, refused to book an appointment, stating that "everyone has an emergency." Such a response demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of the seriousness of the situation and disregard for my safety concerns. Owning a vehicle with malfunctioning safety features is not an "emergency" I fabricate for convenience; it's a genuine safety hazard that requires immediate attention. This dismissive attitude and refusal to address a critical safety issue are completely unacceptable from a dealership representing a luxury brand like Mercedes-Benz. The experience has shaken my trust in their commitment to customer safety and service.
