T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Would like to Thank Eric (sale associate) for having amazing customer service. I had a billing issue that I was not able to resolve myself over the phone. I came in person so someone can help me. Eric was very kind, patient and listened to my problem. He called T-Mobile dept and assisted in taking care of the issue. Problem resolved. Thank you again!

Very poor customer service, wrong information provided by the manager MICHAEL. My family and I were deciding on the new promotion and acquiring new iphone 15 and trade-in our old phones. We visited the store multiple times to acquire all the information and make a reasonable decision. We have in total 5 members in our family and asked the manager if we would be able to trade-in 5 phones to acquire 5 new phones. The manager at that point said YES. We didn't have one phone avaliable, therefore we stated if it was okay to perform the last trade-in later, he stated YES. Based on his answer, and multiple other employees answers, we decided to move forward with the promotion. However, when we went back to trade-in our last phone, the manager tells us NO, unfortunately there is NO credit avaliable to trade-in the last phone. We visited the t-mobile multiple times throughout a 3 week period to acquire adequate information, and all the employees including the manager MICHAEL told us YES, and once we signed up for the promotion, he tells us NO. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE, the employees AS WELL AS the manager provides wrong information.

T-Mobile reps once again charged me for something I never authorized payment for. This is always an issue with them.

They have the best service at this Hoffman location, the others do not serve you well and do not help you solve problems, if you come here Mike and his team are very good at their job!! I will always come here.
