Ive learned about their office through referral. At first, I was hesitant to call them but when I inquired and talked to Ms. Bo, the Senior Paralegal she was able to address my inquiries plus she was so easy to talk, very accommodating. She set me up an appointment right away to have a zoom meeting with Atty. Metcalf. He explained to me everything, the flow / processing period of my situation and also the fees for their services which is reasonable. To sum it up they are so easy to deal with aside from very knowledgeable of the immigration matters but what made me appreciate them more, they are always there to help, assist, guide and explain. Also they always work and adjust what is the best time for me and my wife as their clients and they called us now there new additional list of friends. We really had an A+ experience with the whole team.

Any legal case will have problems and short comings. For the price you get fair representation. Like anything else, more complicated issues will take more time and money. The law moves very slowly. And not all attorneys can handle all legal issues. Thank you and your team Mr. Metcalf.

Our experience at Metcalf & Associates has been an absolute nightmare, and it's a nightmare we continue to live in as we are now fighting to get back our money. When we first met Attorney Patrick and his staff, we were very excited and had placed our hopes of assisting my parents with obtaining their residency. Although the firm was successful in locating and obtaining my fathers lost Visa, after the recovery of his Visa they decided they could no longer take on his case, but offered to help my mother. This was confusing, as Attorney Patrick originally stated in our initial consultation nothing could be done for my mothers case until my father obtained his residency. How come he was now able to take on her case after we were originally told no? To add, he was given a $1,400 deposit for her case. $1,400 of my parents' hard-earned money was paid in return for absolutely nothing. I write this as the daughter of Mexican immigrants, who migrated to this country over 20 years ago, continue to work extremely hard for their money only to be taken advantage of by individuals like Attorney Patrick and his team. Not only is it extremely disappointing, but it is disheartening to see individuals willing to hurt the hopes of immigrants. Hard working individuals who only have a small hope of one day obtaining legal status in this country, and pray to god they are able to return to their country of origin to visit their loved ones they left behind in pursuance of the American Dream. My mother could have started her case for residency MONTHS ago. Unfortunately, we trusted the advice of Attorney Patrick, and thought she had to wait when in reality, her case could have started. We even decided to pay the $1,400 deposit in advance, that is how much we trusted Attorney Patrick in his team. As far as my fathers situation, the firm was able to help us locate his visa and for that we are grateful. During the process, we changed the petitioner from being myself to my younger brother. The firm is stating that the cost of changing petitioners is priced at $1,200. Over one- thousand dollars to change petitioners seems absolutely absurd. We paid a total of $5,180 to this firm and in exchange received only one thing. We were wrongly advised, we were robbed not only of our money but TIME. TIME that could have been spent getting a case started. When I reached out to the firm to follow up on a refund and what our money covered, his assistant BO emailed me invoices that she created to match up with what she was communicating in her email. I asked for the contract we signed, to cross-examine with what I have in our records, and it was never emailed to us. I emailed BO 10 days ago, and I have yet to hear back from her. My parents are in their mid 50s, they have lost their parents, they have lost siblings and many other loved ones without the ability to travel to their country. SHAME on you Attorney Patrick for advising your clients wrong, and taking their money away. YOU know what is right. I am also handling this matter through the Attorney Generals Office. I advise you all to not retain this office as they will not only wrongly advise you, but steal your money on the way. Not to mention, the lack of organization this firm has with documents and cases. There is also a huge lack of communication within the attorney and his team.
