Just wanted to give a big thanks to Xavier, he goes above and beyond every day to make sure the guests are taken care of, very friendly and greets everyone that walks through the door, this man cares about his job the people he serves and really makes this a great place to be when hes around. You need to give that man a raise!

Not too bad at all! Every staff I met were the friendliest people ever. The room wasnt anything special. Couple stains on the walls here and there. Shower drain was clogged pretty bad and the toilet made a constant draining noise for my whole stay. My room also didnt come with any pillows but I dont use pillows to sleep anyway. I wasnt expecting anything crazy for it being the cheapest room I could find in the area. Not perfect but overall a pretty good experience.

Housekeeping is poor. Room was filthy. Obvious bathroom floor not mopped. Hair and dog food on floor and drip stains from something. Stains on all the furniture.

The people I talked to that worked there were great, the rooms and the outside need some TLC.
The room just needs some help due to use. The vertical surfaces (Doors, walls, & cabinets) did not look like they had been wiped down in some time. They had hair, dust, and dirt on them, and when I wiped them they towel came off solid brown. The shampoo had obviously been refilled and not cleaned.
The outside of the property was not well maintained. There was trash on the ground and in the trees (this may be because we are just coming out of winter). The dumpster was overflowing, which may be due to high room use; a mattress is falling apart next to the dumpster, so it has been there for a while.

Rooms: The room I was in was nice, I just needs some repair. The Desk was also in very bad shape.
