I wanted to see a Korean dentist, so I called the hospital to make an appointment. The person taking the schedule called Reijina (?) was very unpleasant and I don't want to call her again. I told them I needed an annula check up/filling, and asked for my insurance information. Since my filling ran out and I am currently in pain, I asked when was the earliest date I could receive treatment. At this point, he started getting irritated and asked, "When did you say you were in pain?" What service do you want? He started to argue with me like this... I was dumbfounded... so I said, "Hey," but his name wasn't "Hey," he said, "Regina?" and he taught me to tell him clearly what I wanted. Who would want to receive treatment at such an unfriendly dentist? .. The process of making a reservation is ridiculous...

The director graduated from dental school in Korea and opened a practice for 10 years before coming to the United States. Working with Dr. Moon has been really great. My son has been seeing him since he turned 1 believe, hes about to be 3 and Dr. Moon is really patient with him and so kind. I also have pretty bad TMJ and Dr. Moon almost immediately when I told him about it told me about a mouth guard I could get to help with the clicking and my lockjaw and pain. It took a few months of wearing it, but my jaw doesnt click or lock anymore and it has been doing that for as long as I can remember. I also have receding gums and he immediately took care of that as well. This was after bringing both up to my previous dentist and nothing really being done but watching it. I am very impressed with Dr. Moons skill and knowledge.
