Budget Car Rental

Absolutely ridiculous! Not only did we not receive a call to let us know that they didn't have the vehicle we wanted but we were outside waiting for over 30 minutes because the guy was getting an oil change for his own personal car! Not only that but he ended up not having anything! Wth

Reserved a truck for my move to the city. Which I only have the elevator for 2 hours. Idiots couldnt find the keys.

Always glad to be here to pick up cars. The management is very flexible and will strive hard to make sure you have a ride . I have made last minute bookings and ail manages to get a car when it was not otherwise possible.

Such sweet people espl the one jn hoffman estate , what doesnt one expect from a business one u get what u are expecting to get and its in a good condition when u go to a car rental service . Here u get all of that and a manager across the desk who would suggest the best approach and wouldnt shy away from helping you out like suggesting where you would find the right spots and in case. Suggestion and there opinion which generally what one expects when they are renting to get advices from experienced people so one can take a educated decision . They dont keep u waiting , no stupid questions like what people in enterprise ask, faster release once u reach back, money refunded faster unlike enterprise where u need to follow up gazillion times espl the one on golf road very bad in experience but budget is the place u wanna go if u are visiting epsl the one in Hoffman estate .
