Came in to bring in my husbands car for an oil change and was greeted by Patrick in service he was very friendly and communicative. Also he was very informative and helpful explained everything.

Be aware of this place went in for a simply job which they charged. just to find out they did not do complete job. Inspect your car before leaving especially if its the puerto rican guy working on it

I dont trust their mechanics judgements. Took my car in because it clearly has an issue but they tell me their diagnostics test says everything is fine. That always seems to be how it goes here. Then I take it to my in town mechanic and they fix the issue. I always start off going to the dealership hoping they can fix it and see whatever needs fixing is covered under warranty but they cant seem to find whats wrong so I take it to a local mechanic and they either fix it or let me know whats wrong with it and if its still covered under warranty and when I take it back to the dealership they will try to charge if you dont know its under warranty. Maybe buying a car from them might be a better experience but I never have a good experience with them when trying to get my car fixed. Also being asked if I want extra work done to my car that doesnt need fixing is really annoying, I wish they can just fix what I came to fix and thats it.
