Ian and the team at Koala were great and I would highly recommend them. I received very quick response and reasonable quote from them. When it came time for them to insulate my ceilings the team let me know I already had plenty of insulation and recommended not to spend the extra money to unnecessarily insulate more. They have provided additional solutions to my issue and were transparent about the insulation I already have which saved me from spending a lot of money for a service I did not end up needing. They were honest, reliable and affordable!
