        The first interaction for warranty work went smoothly. I called in to have a key made after my team lost the only key to the truck. Although we still had the remote, we needed a key. The dealership requested specific paperwork, which we provided, but then they informed us that it wasn't sufficient. Frustrated, I contacted GMC in Oak Lawn. They instructed me to tow the truck to them, where they promptly cut two keys and provided a new remote without any hassle. After paying $426 and arranging for a tow, I was back on the road within a day. This was a stark contrast to the two days of back-and-forth regarding paperwork with this dealership. I had literally submitted my check stub, a letter from the company's HR department, and a letter from the VP of the leasing company, all authorizing me to have a key cut for a 2023 truck displaying the full company logo and registration details.

        I had taken my 2018 GMC Yukon into the Ettleson Buick GMC Hodgkins dealership for an oil change. I waited in their clean and pleasant customer lounge. My car was serviced in the time promised including a safety check as well as a car wash.

        With every visit there is excellent customer service and exceptional car care. I went in just for an oil change but found out there were two diagnostic problems that needed to be addressed. Thanks for being honest with your customers and not just trying to drain their pockets.
