I couldn't be happier - Gary was an excellent realtor who exceeded my expectations. My wife and I had tried for many months to find a house on our own using Redfin, but with our busy schedules and a young child at home, it was a difficult and frustrating process. We finally reached out to Gary after he was recommended to us, and Gary made the buying process so much easier. There are so many aspects to working with Gary that we enjoyed, but the most important to me were:
1. Gary is very knowledgeable when it comes to general house construction / finishes. This brought very helpful insight that I did not have when looking at houses.
2. He is very prompt. Anytime I called / emailed / texted Gary, he always replied promptly with an answer OR when he would be able to give us an answer.
3. Gary has a great overall attitude. He never made us feel like we were frustrating him with stupid questions / request / etc. I know we were not the easiest buyers for him as our "wish list" was a bit fluid, but he was very understanding and provided great insight when something we were looking for didn't make sense.
4. Gary went and toured houses we were interested in without us during the week while my wife and I were at work. This saved us a TON of time and helped us see a lot of houses.
We got a great house at a great price, and I will be recommending Gary to anyone who is looking for a house in the future.
