We had a fantastic experience with Julie Bouchard. I dont know if Ive ever met anyone more energetic and passionate about their work. Julie works tremendously hard, and was in constant communication with us regarding the progress of our listing. We really felt that everything was personal for her, in the best way. She cares tremendously about her clients and her properties. She gave us great advice and guidance, but was never too pushy about it. We did always end up taking her suggestions, considering her real estate expertise. All in all, I could not recommend Julie more highly. Bottom line, she got us the price we wanted, plus she took amazing care of us as clients.

I have used Julie on four separate real estate transactions. I simply cannot find someone else who provides first class service and attention to my real estate goals like she does. When searching to buy my first home, a condo near the Chicago loop, I was all over the map on what I wanted and where I should buy. Julie helped me hone in on a location that was perfect for walking to work, that also had nearby night life. The whole purpose of buying that property was to live in a nice condo and sell it for profit a few years later. Julie helped me execute this plan to perfection. I bought the condo in May of 2013 in the Fulton River District, and sold it in June of 2016 for a 114k profit. Julie saw that neighborhood was quickly becoming popular with the west loop restaurants and office buildings being built and we jumped on a deal when we saw one. When it was time to sell, she impeccably staged the unit to make it look incredibly luxurious. She came up with the idea of putting turf on my balcony to enhance the outdoor space and view. Within 10 days, there was a bidding war between 3 parties! I have also used Julie to find apartments to rent on two separate occasions. Both times, we were able to find the perfect unit, below my budget, even though I was on a time crunch. Thanks Julie for all that you have done in assisting my real estate transactions!

Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my family began to grow, I found the need to purchase a larger home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes until I found Julie Bouchard. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. Throughout the past several months, Julie has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of the day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell me a house, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family. I now consider Julie a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home.
