I usually don't rate, post or use social media in general, but I feel compelled to give a review. Just over a year ago my teen child was going through some serious mental health struggles. My wife and I didnt know where to go. A school counselor recommended rogers so we tried it. We are so glad that we did. I went from having a child that lost all hope and was impossible to live with to a functioning college student that has ambition and is doing well in college classes while living on their own. Its been a year since my child left rogers. Thank you to the staff at Rogers. We couldn't have done it without you.

I came here seeking help overcoming my childhood trauma from bullying. Left here in worse shape than I arrived. I trusted the wrong people and was too honest with people that didnt deserve it. Now, Im down several thousand dollars and my second amendment rights are most likely gone as long as I breathe. The staff are inept, jumpy, and too quick to form opinions on things they know nothing about. Not a good combination when youre talking about someone who has the ability to permanently alter your life. Even if you are not actively suicidal or a danger to yourself, they will overreact unless you walk a tightrope of acceptable behavior and say exactly what they want you to. What good is seeking help if youre scared to be honest because of some outmoded rules? I had dreams of moving somewhere rural to escape the way the worlds heading these days. Now, thanks to these (fill in the expletive) Ill be defending my home with a crossbow. I found a therapist that actually works and can differentiate someone whos a genuine threat to themselves and someone just having a rough time. Active and passive ideation. This allows me to get the help I need without losing my rights/getting hospitalized for no legitimate reason. Too bad I went to Rogers first. My mom always told me a degree doesnt make someone smart; and the staff at Rogers are a shining example of this statement. If youre reading this, dont make the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else.
