        We recently switched to JRL after our landscaping irrigation team kept dropping the ball on requested upgrades and fixes. Lenny came out right away and spent many hours making sure everything was taken care of - he even ran to a store to get needed parts and returned right away. We have been really impressed with how quickly they respond to service requests. You can also text with them which is nice - who has time for phone calls any more!
