Worst insurance company ever!!! You can't reach anyone by phone. When you visit the staff is unwelcoming and unknowable. The company steals your insurance money by trying to group all your policies under one number. This place needs a federal investigation.

They don't answer the phone. They don't return calls after you leave messages. And they don't handle claims very timely or just. They give you a hard time in paying claims .

I had this insurance for about 30 years. My agent won't send me my payment book. He tells me I don't need my book to send in a payment. No! You send me my book so I can see what fishy stuff you're up to. Send my book please! I haven't had my book for 2 months.

Still waiting on a response and have called all of the new numbers and still nothing. This company never gets with the policy holder about new changes because I have not moved or changed in 14 years but been with this company for 29 years and it has dropped down to lowest standard. I am just trying to get some questions answered and no luck whatsoever.
