We had Brian put in a new water heater and couldn't be happier! Connie was very thorough and helpful as we made a decision on what kind to get. They got it done really fast and it looks great! Excellent service and excellent work!

I could not be happier with the help I received from Essenpreis Plumbing! I had sewage water start backing up into my basement and immediately started calling around for a plumber. Connie was so kind and made sure Brian got back to me as soon as he was able to. With the temps being in the negatives and single digits, he was extremely busy and kept in contact with me about when he would be able to come help-he even told me he understood if I needed to call someone else. Based on the conversations Id had with them at that point, I felt like I could trust them so I told him I would be just fine waiting for him. He came first thing the next morning, fixed my sewage problem in record time, and even fixed a toilet that had problems running water that I hadnt ever been able to fix. He had records on work he had done at my house dating back more than 10 years, well before I lived here, and came in knowledgeable and informed me of everything he knew as well as tips to help prevent future problems. The knowledge, communication, and kind personalities at Essenpreis alone are enough to recommend them, but the great pricing on top of all of that just blew me away. With any professional service, Im scared to see the bill-with Essenpreis I was shocked in the best way. VERY reasonable to the point that I feel like I got away with something haha. Hopefully I dont have a reason to need a plumber anytime soon, but if u do, I will ABSOLUTELY be calling Essenpreis.

Thank you sooooo much for the kind words… we try VERY hard to get to every call but sometimes it’s just not possible. Glad we were able to get to you in a reasonable amount of time. We also try to keep costs fair… some folks just don’t understand that EVERYTHING costs more now (a LOT more). Can you get faucets, toilets, water heaters for less… Yep, you sure can BUT when you have an issue and have to deal with a warranty or parts with the “box store”, you’ll wish you paid the additional $ for better quality and customer service!!Please let us know if we can be of any additional help… we are thankful for customers like you and all the support we receive in our community!!

HIGHLY Recommended company. Called to replace my hot water heater, and I got lucky and was able to get them out the same day with a new one at a VERY fair and competitive price.
