Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Temporarily Closed

Under the new ownership, that building looks nice but service is inconsistent. I went there 2x recently and the first time I was missing 2 chicken tenders. The next time I was missing a salad and they couldn't find my mobile order that was paid for. Go to the Lebanon DQ and you will notice a huge difference.

Highlands Dairy Queen is my favorite burger restaurant. Their burgers are absolutely amazing. Compared to anything else around, no one compares to their triple signature burger. Cheap for how thick it actually is. Jack n the Box was my favorite burger but now it's a second, and not even close to bring first that's how good their burger and service is. Use the app, save time and possibly get discounts based on something else your family may enjoy. PRO TIP: They start preparing your order the second you pay. Not like McDonald's where you have to say you're there before they start. Don't order and wait 30 minutes unless you want cold food. What are you doing still reading this? We waited 4 mins after the time my order was supposed to be ready...(we had gotten there 7 mins early & was told to stand to the side & wait since they weren't ready). A 2nd girl asked if we were waited on & I said, 'I thought so by the girl standing next to you'...then the 1st girl went back to grab my bag that was sitting there. They were not busy @ the counter @ the time my order was ready. The burgers we purchased were supposed to have bacon on them & neither of ours did...that's the reason we got there ones we did! It was a to go order so we didn't know until we got home & opened them & didn't taste or see any bacon on them! (Backyard Bacon ranch signature steakburger $6.79 each (1 was .99 deal cpn). Also had fries & onion rings & they weren't very warm. We saw 3 bags sitting there on the counter (in back) & wondered if 1 of them was ours. Wasn't happy (first time ever since new ownership) of order being incorrect & waiting on my order that had been ready but not brought up to the counter or checked on again by one of the 2 counter girls.
