One word i can use for my visit is FANTASTIC! The Smile Direct at Highland Park Was far beyond my expectations. The place was very clean, had a nice smell. It wasn't hard at all to find the office, in my opinion I love where the office is located, because it's located right next to a shopping center. Now on to the staff Maryam and Heather was just so nice to me! They made me feel very comfortable, whenever I asked a question, they gave me an answer and went into further detail. They made me feel comfortable, like i wasn't a customer, but I was family. I HIGHLY recommend coming to the smile direct in Highland, based on my experience, trust me you won't regret it!

Super easy and great experience at the highland Park location. My smile guide, Lauren, was so friendly and informative. And Heather did a nice job checking me in and getting me situated with Lauren. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Can't wait for straighter teeth and a brighter smile!

Heather has provided me with the extraordinary and friendly customer experience that made my smile direct journey astounding with ease. The end result is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Shouldnâ€™t customer service be like this everywhere? It comes down to results. Iâ€™d say Heather gives the dentists and orthodontists a run for its money.

Great location and a great experience from start to finish. Heather was thorough and made sure that I understood each step of the Smile Club process. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. The days of dental impressions are a thing of the past with Smile Direct. The 3D scan was simple and quick too.
