Not sure who posted the other reviews must be all from owners. This company is incredibly hard to deal with from a renters point of view. Please do not hire them to handle your properties, your renters will thank you! Wish I could give 0 stars. This is an alias. I am not confused.

Rachell provides a high level of attention to detail and personal attention in all situations. She responds quickly to any questions with a wealth of knowledge on all topics, and works well with our tenants. We are very happy with the personalized service TruHaven provides!

We conducted a search for a new property management group in the spring of 2023. Because we are a smaller building with just 24 units, we needed a property manager who is accessible and understanding of our unique needs. After alot of research, we decided to go with TruHaven Homes. Since making our decision in June, the transition to TruHaven has been smooth and stress free for the condo board. Rachell and team are very responsive to questions and have streamlined and improved communications between property management and the board as well as with individual owners. We look forward to growing our relationship with TruHaven Homes.

Rachell and TruHaven have been terrific to work with. We are a small HOA; even though our size isn't noteworthy, the service we receive from TruHaven is! Rachell and her crew are always responsive, thorough, and committed to their clients. We appreciate the professionalism and dedication that she exhibits for day-to-day management tasks, but more importantly so, we are grateful for her knowledge and guidance when our HOA encounters challenging surprises.
