Their diligence, patience, and experience in the field took away any of the anxiety that I had of finding my first home and made the process a smooth one. Alec Goldhirsh was fantastic to work with, as a first time homebuyer, navigating the process can be overwhelming. Alec was always available to answer any questions and provide guidance. He was kind and professional and we always felt he had our best interests in mind. He even followed up after we moved in just to check in and see if there was anything else we needed. David's entire team was fantastic. Responsive, clear, let me know what to expect, what was coming up, no surprises. The hand off between teams as the process was going on was easy and clear, I loved knowing who to talk to about what. I would call them up with random scenarios (putting more money down, less money, buying interest points, you name it I had a question) and they were so patience and great. I closed on my home knowing I got the best deal and felt really good about it. Also their post closing follow up was great. They took pride in the process and my overall experience mattered.
