very disappointed in Allstate and the HP office/ had a young family member literally tap a car in front of themselves when parking and with $2000 cost they then go and raise my rate $2400 more per year- over $200 more a month- the whole point of insurance is to pay monthly to be covered for accidental moments like this not to be gouged!  so I cancelled both policies I held with them for several years bc they were unwilling to negotiate it down even knowing my specific circumstances needed it.

Mario had such great response time and made everything so quick and easy for me to switch my Allstate renters and car insurance to Illinois from another state! It really made a difference when everything else with our moving process was so frustrating and tedious. He was so nice and helpful on the phone and even made sure I got my policies within a day even though he was out on vacation. Thank you!!
