        Very expensive and not communicative on the actual issue. I needed my garbage disposal fixed and they were going to charge me $280 when the issue was a simple reset in my apartment's breaker box. I understand there has to be time for troubleshooting, but not at the same cost as just buying a new garbage disposal amd installing it.

        Craftsman arrived as scheduled. Had to turn off the main water which he was very helpful in doing. Completed the drywall the first day and was scheduled to come back the next day, for sanding which he did. Craftsman was very nice, conversational and helpful. The drywall looks great!

        Great experience with Andre. Precisely on time, and a really sweet person, in addition to doing really good work - he even cheerfully affixed the star to the top of my Christmas tree! HIGHLY recommended. My Christmas has been exponentially improved!

      Thank you for your false review Thomchelik. To threaten to leave a bad review if we didn't lower the price is just bad business. You were told 1-1 1/2 hrs prior to setting Appt time, you also told us twice you were not interested in replacing the disposal for your tenant. As a concession, we offered to lower your cost to our our 1 hour Minimum in which is all you were charged and still left this review. You were also given the choice to have a new disposal on site, which you chose to not do. Leaving bad reviews for pricing you were made fully aware of prior and was your choice to service rather replace is simply unprofessional. Happy Holidays !
