Chase Bank

Went in to get a print out of my deposits to track & verify my income. The woman assisting me was kind but also persistent on questioning the usage or need for my request, it then dawned on me where I know her face from. The next day my boss then aggressively checked me & I assume this woman disclosed to her that I went to the bank & mentioned I noticed something was off in my finances & wanted to check before addressing the situation. She was light skin, brown eyes, she had short hair bob like haircut with shaved or shorter side. This experience made me question the integrity of Chase as a company, I understand Highland is a small town & everyone knows everybody but not having privacy within the branch near me made me stop banking with them overall.

This is a wonderful branch with a small bank feel, and a great staff.

Had some issues with both my business and personal accounts Walked into the bank and this nice young man,Matt, Took me to his office and 1,2,3 changed my accounts around fixed my issues in no time flat. Always loved this bank. My guy Rafael moved on to Lake Forest which Im very happy for him but I know I can go to the Park Ave branch and feel comfortable with these bankers. Kudos to you Matt!
