Edit: it's been a couple years since the height of the pandemic and the service has gone back to normal. Prescriptions filled in a timely manner, they always answer their phone now and the drive through window is open. They refuse to answer the phone so you are forced to go to the pharmacy physically. Once their they give everyone the same answer, your medicine is in processing would you like to wait? Everyone says yes so you end up waiting over 2 hours for them not to fully fill your order since they ran out of pills. This pharmacy is a joke.

One good thing about the Herrin Kroger Pharmacy is that you can get many of your meds cheaper if you get the Single Care prescription card, for that drug, on the internet. Beyond that, I think they are having a hard time retaining qualified employees for that department.
