My friend had this party bus reserved a month in advance for her birthday. She paid the deposit and everything you had to do to reserve. The night of, the party bus never showed up. My friend had everyone come at a certain time to make sure we were there on time. She tried to call the number listed, multiple times and left voicemails but didnt get a response.

Horrible experience whoever was supposed to show up NEVER DID had us OUTSIDE at NIGHT in the COLD then he never answered the phone still wont answer

My friend paid for a party bus. We arrived at the designated pick up spot 30 minutes early bus never came. Nobody ever communicated with my friend to let her know there was an inconvenience. My friend called nobody answered and we sat at the pick up spot for 30 minutes past our pick up time. My friend paid her money and was not reimbursed. We did everything right on our end but it seems as if they cant get things together and they dont communicate at all with paying customers. Terrible service 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. My friend had a reservation scheduled for November 5th, 2022. Whenever she made arrangements to book this company was willing to respond in a timely fashion to take our money, of course. The driver over this company had us waiting outside for a hour in the cold! And ended up ghosting us. I would tell anyone who is interested into party buses to not trust this company! It is a complete scam!
