Perfectionism Cleaning

They did an an amazing job! They were personable, efficient and didn't forget the little details. The bathroom was absolutely spotless. I now a regular customer, and I'd reccomend them to anyone!

Update: I really did not want to leave a bad review because they did a great job cleaning my apartment. The first time I had them come, they were an hour late. It was my day off and I was waiting to meet them to let them into my place. There was no contact from them until I tried to call her. She then texted me that she would call me. I asked her if that appointment time was correct and she said there was a problem and running late. I left a good review because 1. I was asked to review to get $10 off my next clean and 2. Because they did a great job. I had them come 3 weeks later to clean my apartment. Overall, they did do a great job except that the end table in my living room had a deep scratch. The scratch went through the finishing and was very deep. I texted and she said she would ask the woman who cleaned with her. I did not hear back and I contacted her the next day. She asked me questions and said she was going to contact her insurance. I was then told my end table looked like it was painted and that there were multiple scratches. My end table is only 6 months old and there weren’t other scratches. I purchased it at Furniture King and is a nice end table. I then expressed my frustration with them being late and because she was giving me run around about the scratch. She then got very defensive and unprofessional. However, she did agree to send me a check for what I paid. 9/02 told me she would send me a check the next day. 9/10 I texted that I had not received a check and did not get a response. 9/11 I texted again and was told she mailed it on 9/08. 9/17 I texted again there was no check and no response. 9/18 I texted again and there was no response. Clearly the check was never mailed. I feel bad that I have to leave this review because they did a great job cleaning my apt and I know businesses are struggling. However, I was kind and understanding through everything and not responding is unacceptable. Past Review: They did a great deep clean! I will definitely use them again!
