Grant and Kenny did an amazing job fixing our heating unit. They were very professional, very nice, easy to talk to, had attention to detail and quick to solve our heating issue. My husband and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted them about my AC blowing hot air and a technician was sent out the next day to address the issue. The technician explained the wiring on the thermostat was improperly set up and said he addressed the issue and it was fixed. Charged me $95 and was on his way. The air was turned on the next day and had the same issue again. Contacted Charlie's (as I was told to do by others beforehand) and a technician came out from them. He said the prior fix was not correct at all and then proceeded to actually address the problem. The air was and has been working great since the Charlie's fix.
I contacted Garavalia to explain the problem and asked for a refund to which I was told "We stand by our work and definitely would've fixed it again". I was told they refuse to refund it since I didn't want to use them again after they clearly didn't do a good job the first time. Not sure how many of you use a business twice after they charge you for a service they didn't provide. I'm disappointed in them and thought others should be aware. Service: A/C system maintenance
