        French Fries are always cold and soggy. Ice cream machine is broke all the time. If you're going to order from here your best bet is a soda , hard to mess that up.

        Edit: manager came out and offered a full refund, which was very much appreciated. Thank you for making things right. This is one of the worst McDonald's I have been to. Been waiting more than 20 mins for them to cook a fresh egg after receiving the wrong order. Ridiculous.... was just stopping by for breakfest will not be doing that again.

        Most Of The Old Employs & Management Has Been Changed Up & A Few People Fired! This Makes The Front & Drive Threw Employs So Much More Friendly!! The Cooks Need To Learn How To Make McDonald's Menu & Not A Sloppy Mess Thrown In A Box! ALWAYS TASTE DRINK AND CHECK FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE AT ALL MCDONALDS!

        Havana McDonald's really? My Dad whistles all the time. For you to tell him you don't appreciate him whistling in your ear because you take 5 minutes to ask for his order is ridiculous. He's NOT whistling in your freakin ear. That's how he passes his time by!! You're lucky I wasn't with him or that I wish his life story upon you! Leave an old man alone, bully! You could've asked or told him in a nice way.

        It would be nice if you actually listen to your customers instead of talking over them .. NO SALT on the fries means no salt not a bottle dumped on them and hand customer old fries that are cold .. it dont seem to help to have management notified they just brush you off anyways
