        Took weeks to get an e-mail response about a product that was "in stock". Paid by credit card a month ago. Have called 12 times today to inquire and can never get anybody. Multiple e-mails today looking for status and NOTHING.......UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Update: cannot confirm, but suspect whomever took organize order may not longer be there and order was miss placed. Once communication from them happened, we received our order......but should not have been so hard to reach them in the first place.
