image Dont get your car fixed from them and dont buy a car from them its been about 4 years I dealt with alverdis and it started with my timing chain I brought brand new parts they worked on that next thing you know I need a new engine, talked to him about it he tried to tell me he can give me a new engine for 6k I chose to get a Impala from him instead and traded my brand new truck that at first he told me was worth 1500 of the deposit but then let my suv get destroyed in the rain with all my kids stuff in it all my purses everything was worth a lot of money then change it to it being worth 500 after he caused the damages to my suv I was paying on a car ( impala) that was worth 5k off back n to find out he upped the price of it but luckily when I got into a accident they paid it off I went back to him for my Kia it worked well but the thing about it is that he switched up the numbers, I missed two months and I sent him 800 for the two months I missed but he tried to tell me I owed over a stack how when I paid faithfully each month since I got it we agreed to monthly payments and he started coming up with late fees after.communication was bad as hell come the next month after I paid the 800$ my car get towed for no reason when I paid faithfully the whole year just for him to swear I missed 90days and I got receipts what make it worse I said forget the car I want my stuff out the car they want to charge me to get my stuff out and bring them the keys funny right moral of the story is dont go to them for no car all they want is money literally and god dont like ugly sir

Hello Rageen, First and foremost, thank you for your review; let's sort out the facts -- 1.) You brought your Equinox after you were recommended a timing chain replacement from someone else. We replaced the timing chain on your vehicle (with 160,000 miles on it) as you requested and then your engine failed. We did not diagnose the vehicle or recommend these repairs -- How is this our fault?2.) The sunroof on your Equinox was not working properly and as a result, your vehicle was damaged by the rain. We gave you a more than fair trade-in amount for the quality of the vehicle you were trading in. Other dealers wouldn't even consider taking in an 09 Chevy Equinox with a bad engine, inoperable sunroof, and water damage. We did our best for you. Again, how is this our fault? 3.) The asking price of the Impala you financed was $5,000. This is the price of the vehicle alone. Similar to all sale prices in America, it does not include tax, title and document fees, warranties, or interest. The vehicle was financed, not purchased outright cash. The price of the vehicle never changed. When you signed your contract and sales documents at the time of purchase of the vehicle, it showed a price breakdown including everything I mentioned above. If you read your documents thoroughly before signing and accepting the loan, you would have known this. Again.. something we are not at fault for. 4.) You were so satisfied with us from your previous experiences that you decided to purchase another vehicle from us, the 2016 Kia Optima! You notified us at the time of purchase you were interested in making monthly payments. Because we are a buy here pay here dealership, we have to set our contracts up for biweekly payments. You were informed that you can pay monthly by paying both biweekly payments ($210, total $420/month) early in the month to avoid any late fees. You consistently made your payments the first few months and then fell behind and stopped making payments altogether. We were unable to reach you and you never communicated any financial hardships or anything of that nature. Our dealership management system, Frazer, automatically calculates and adds in late fees. The late fees are dictated by your deal's specific due dates and even includes a 10 day grace period. At the time of repossession, you were $1900 past due. How are we at fault?5.) The company that repossessed your vehicle is the one who requires a fee to collect your belongings. Most repossession and impound companies do! And finally, once again, how is this our fault? Thank you for your 4 years of business! We didn't make it til forever, probably ain't getting back together. We ain't good good but we still good.
