        It was my first time to an Urgen Care facility. This was the best experience ive ever had at any doctors office. The receptionist greated me warmly and helped me get checked in. The wait was not bad as a walk in, and i was informed of it before check in. Once the nurse took me back, she was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The clinic is clean and has enough parking. The doctor who was Paola, was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my concerns, as I had just came from an ER who dismissed me, it made me feel cared for. Nothing but positive thoughts about this place. This review may be used

        The place itself says immediate care... I came here 2 times. 1st time I was in moderate pain and waited for 35 minutes. There was only 1 person ahead of me. I left after 35 minutes without been seen because I was restless. The person ahead of me was still waiting. 2nd time I got my daughter here on a Sunday and it's already 2 hours from waiting room to the patient room. Dr has still not seen us. Going to avoid this at all costs and explore another urgent care if future. They should get more staff or giving approximate timings to be seen for being more efficient.

        I'm sure my rating will change this place sees it's ups and downs first time there was great, second time they kinda just shrugged me off and for some reason made me leave through a side emergency exit? Was weird... But this last visit was 100% perfect, no issues, great Dr. And Great experience. The person who was in there before the Dr freaked me out a bit thought when they were not bothered by a inaccurate blood pressure reading but whatever no one's perfect. I even got to watch a customer freaking out at the employee at the front desk and the employee took it like a professional even though you would tell they were frustrated. Until next visit!
