I don't recommend using this company as your title company if you are closing on buying a house. I did not choose a title company and let my bank choose this company, which was a big mistake.
I was a buyer for a property and used Citywide for closing/title. The wiring instructions they provided for closing provided did not include the amount to wire, so my bank refused to wire the money. I called them back and they added the information but misspelled my name. I got my lawyer involved and it took 4 tries for them to provide wiring instructions with no errors that my bank would accept. In addition I was worried at this point the company was a scam and I was going towire my money to scammers. It has also been 6 weeks and I have not received my property survey or deed yet. Don't use!!!

Citywide Title location is professional, responsive, and efficient! My customers rave about how their closing agents assist them throughout the entire home sale process, knowledgably answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely manner. Easy and transparent fee structures. They are my #1 title company of choice for all of my closings. !
