We made an appointment with Dr. Wexker few weeks ago for an annual child eye exam. He's an ophthalmologist with practice located inside Walmart. We came on time and stood by the counter for nearly 37 min until someone even acknowledged our presence. Once that was done, we were sitted with no apology for the long wait, with no explanation on further wait time. So we sat there for another 35 min and waited. Finally an assistant (my assumption) came to get us. Once again, no apology or a silly excuse for the long wait (at that time we waited in total for over an hour). When we followed her to the exam room things went smooth. Facility seemed clean and well addressed. It was simple but then again, it's an office inside Walmart. Not much expectations there. Once we finished with the assistant,  we were waiting again to see the doctor. So another 10 min. This wait was killing me!!!! It was Saturday morning. Our appointment was for 11am and here we are 1.5 hours later still there. We finally saw the doctor. The equipment in his office seemed on foot the latest technology.  He was very friendly, patient... He took the time to answer all our questions and address our concerns. One of the options was offered to us is to obtain images of the eye for an extra fee of $26. When I asked how am I going to receive this, I was asked if I had a flash drive with me. Are u serious?!!! So they charged me another $5 for the flash drive. $26 wasnt enough simply to copy stuff form your computer onto the flash drive??? Though it was a bit too much. Not cool.
