The doctor was nice but they try to upsell so much on their expensive glasses. I asked for my pupillary distance so I can get glasses from a more affordable place, and they refused to give me the info. They don't care about your vision, they care about making profits on overpriced glasses. Go online to get your glasses and save mad money.

I went to this place last week for a pair of new of glass and it cost in total $673 with copay myself $105. When I selected the frame a agent promised they will give me a new frame but today when I pick up glasses I found the frame have many scratches and they sold me a pair of demo frame. Also the lense is has many dent on it. So when you come to this place you will get a pair of glasses as photos showed. The doctor is nice but the agents are very unprofessional and totally not worth the money even your have a good insurance cover it. I will see if someone could help me. Update: the store manager Nate helped me resolve the issue. I appreciate his help.
