My families experience was equivalent to every bad experience here unfortunately.

By far the worst, stay far away from this place. My aunts casket dropped off the placement bars. Most disrespectful and heartbreaking thing I've ever witnessed, I felt awful for my cousins and her husband to have to witness that.. I wish we seen all the bad reviews before picking this place. In conclusion please don't bury your loved ones at this awful money hungry place.

Mourner beware: Dealing with losing a loved one is hard enough, and this experience only added to the trauma of losing my auntie. Before lowering her casket (the most challenging part of a funeral for me), the support platforms holding her coffin buckled, and the casket almost fell. Thankfully my family, including her son and husband, rushed over to stop her from dropping. It took forever before any employees came to our aid, and when they did, they seemed confused. My brother had everyone remove the casket and hold her while the staff attempted to fix the issue, which also took forever and the platforms were still buckling after the fact. When they were finally able to place her back over the gravesite and start to lower her, the straps were highly shaky. Most of us were too afraid to look as we feared they would drop her. My auntie should have been handled with care. I am a very forgiving person and we all make mistakes but the fact that there were no apologies given and we were rushed to wrap things up made matters worse. I never imagined leaving a bad review on a cemetery but with an experience that bad, I would like other families to be aware of what they may be getting into.

Awful just awful, we had the same issues as others. Their poorly constructed platform broke. Then they had the nerve to rush us as if they didnt just spend what seemed like forever trying to get the casket back in place after it tipped over on the faulty platform. Had our family not jumped into action to grab the casket it would have fell over completely. They blamed everyone but themselves for their incompetence. There was no apologies or compassion for what we all were experiencing. The only thing i heard was a loud mouth woman barking orders on how/where we should move the casket to allow them to fix the platform. And please spare me with the VERY rehearsed automated response. There is no way we would ever do business with you again!!

I have never engaged with such a turgid and sales driven organization. It's almost unfathomable that this business represented the final parts of my interaction with my deceased mother. Our engagement began with their phone number being disconnected and ended as they dropped her FN casket at the funeral as if to offer me the opportunity to truly see how incompetent they were. Stay away from these opportunists at all costs. One individual that works there was a pleasure to work with but everyone else would be better fit to be fired from a predatory loan issuing used car dealership.
