Nicole Bogdanovich, M.D.

This is an update of a previous review that changed from 1 star to 5 star review.....I still had a very difficult time with the front desk representatives dealing with insurance and Dr. Referrals via fax, but that aside the nursing staff and Dr. Herself where great.... kind, compassionate, and took very good care of me. Thank you Dr. Bogdanovich and staff!

Called ahead of time to see if all of the concerns I had could be addressed in 1 appointment and was told that yes they could. As soon as I walked into my appointment, the nurse explained that Dr. Bogdanovich said I would need a separate appointment to address my concerns and when I asked why she was unsure. Not sure why Dr. Bogdanovich didn't just explain this to me herself. When discussing one of my concerns I've had for months, without examination (or even glancing at me), she gave a half-hearted suggestion that I didn't believe would fix the situation. After trying out her suggestion, I just asked for a referral to see a dermatologist. Turns out I was having an allergic reaction and had been experiencing symptoms for months. I've messaged Dr. Bogdanovich several times on the app in which she never replies. When I call their office, I was told that nobody can see the message unless Dr. Bogdanovich views it first so it seems that she doesn't care enough to even look at her messages. I understand that doctors are busy, but I've never had a doctor just not respond. Totally unprofessional.
