Dr Abban never called me to talk to me about my diagnosis of melanoma. Her nurse called me, told me a have melanomas and wanted to schedule surgery without further explanations. I feel like Im in a limbo. Very dismissive.

WOW!!!!!! First of all greeted by very kind staff members. Then Dr. Abban came into the room. Also very kind and very knowledgeable. On time. VERY HELPFUL. Answered all of my questions thoroughly. Explained medication clearly to me. Even gave me a starter pack of medication, saving me a trip!!! I feel very blessed to have Dr. Abban as my dermatologist!!!!!!!

Been seeing Dr Abban for almost two years now and it has been a wonderful experience. Glad to find a dermatologist who is willing to take the time to customize my care and fine tune it till we found a regimen that works for me. She is patient, highly skilled and very professional.

The reception there is atrocious. I had to reschedule my appointment and every day and time that I wanted 4 months from now I couldnt get. Not the first hour, noon, or last hour because apparently they are reserved for specific procedures which is the first time Im hearing about it. I told reception I had very little PTO to use after starting a new job and they were unwilling to fit me in and even hung up on me. I will not be going back there. Dr Abban forgot about me for 40 minutes at my last appointment. I do not recommend going here.
