When the time came to sell, I knew exactly who I was going to call. You see...I have had the pleasure of having Noote Partners (led by Barb) help me buy and sell before. In fact, I remember when it was Team Noote. She helped me sell my condo and buy this duplex I just sold. And If I remained in Lake county, and needed a realtor again, I would certainly call upon her and her team again. Barb has always assured me that my interests and concerns come first. As my representative, I felt she could address any issues that would come up (none ever did). From the first day we began working together, she explained to me how the process will take place, what I should expect, and important deadlines that will occur. Patti, who handles the administration part Noote Partners (or Team Noote) , would email me with specific reminders and information that helped me greatly during the process. Barb also networked with other respected realtors to help find the best buyer for me. She successfully negotiated between two proposals getting the best deal for me. When she says she's your friend in reality, she means it. I do think of her as a friend.

We have moved several of Barb's clients over the years and I'm always impressed at how well they have been "educated" about what to expect in the moving process. I also appreciate and respect the special care Barb gives to our Military families. I would highly recommend Barb & her team!

Amard (Rob) and Noote Partners were phenomenal to work with. My partner and I were looking to rent and we had a very short and expedited timeline. They made it happen even sooner than we needed. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. They were professional, timely, knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative.
