They did an excellent job! This required removing a long section of our paver patio, which they did carefully, removing only the minimum necessary to do the job. They also removed concrete basement floor and re-concreted neatly. I highly recommend Pearson Plumbing Service Team! They responded to us quickly, were reliable, did great work with minimal disturbance to our property, and cleaned up when the job was done!

Didn't even have a chance to use their service because of the following: Called around 9am. Got a 10am - 1pm window confirmed. It's now 1:30pm. No update, no call, no show. Also, the answering service tried to upsell my $99 booking fee by adding some extra discounts for service without even knowing why I called. Overall, just a scuzzy kind of feeling on this one, especially with it being my first time going through their processes. At least I saved $99 on a service call today? (Always trying to see the positive...)

Joe and Mark did an outstanding job. Five stars. They were extremely professional and performed top quality workmanship with the multiple repairs and replacements we needed done. We have used Pearson Plumbing Service Team previously and will continue to use them for any and all plumbing needs. Excellent service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was explained very thoroughly and he used language that I could understand. I would highly recommend Pearson Plumbing. It was a true pleasure working with them.
