Terribly run cpa firm. To get in touch with your cpa will be incredibly difficult. Karen who answers the phone always in a rush to get you off the phone and it always seems like the place is burning to the ground ! Lying constantly about when and if your cpa will call you back. Cpa told me to pay $ to state of Illinois via voicemail on the day of tax filing! A voicemail! Not sure how much $ I left on the table with this firm but never again will I use their services. I suggest any customer reading this should do the same.

writing using a friends yelp to give my feedback since i dont have one , i have been filining taxes with kim and even before that with her and todd. this was by far the worst its ever been . terrible if any communication, took me over a year to get my 2020 refund and several times asking why or where it was i heard nothing (shocker) i had no complaint on the prices heck she prob needed to charge more and get someone to answer phones and do busy work. this year i finally got mine done 4 months late waiting on her (went to new cpa) my corp was dissolved. i submitted all my stuff to the portal per her request yada yada yada nothing. if she couldnt do it i could have respected a simple sorry we cant handle that not call my office lady who has no idea whats even going on . I own more than 1 business and this is unacceptable service from any business.  kyle

Non-responsive to clients they've had for years; does not respond to emails; if you call and they answer they say they will call you back and they confirm your phone number and then they never call you back. Level of customer service has severely plummeted and they charge way too much for their "services"..... if you can get any out of them. Taxes may not be filed on time. Had to file mine myself last minute to avoid IRS penalty. Never using again.

Terrible service and responsiveness.   Kim has done my taxes for some years now.  I  called on a Friday and left a message with Karen asking that Kim give me a call, I wanted some advice as to where to take money from my portfolio that would have the least tax impact.   The following Thursday I still had not received a call back.  When I called the office back Karen told me that this is a very busy time of year.  Maybe she should have said that when I initially called.  Also, I understand that she's busy, but that is no excuse for not returning a call.  She also did the same thing to me some years ago when I needed some advice when my mother passed away.  So if you just need your tax return done, I guess she's OK for that, but don't expect any help when you might need some advice.  Sad that she didn't even call to apologize after Karen told her I was angry, if she did tell her.  Apparently she had so much business she isn't concerned about losing a client.
