Elisa Polo was so wonderful and helpful throughout the whole process! We didn't know much about selling and Elisa always went out of her way to explain everything to us and was always there when we needed her! Elisa displayed professionalism while also being extremely supportive and kind throughout the long process! As a first-time home buyer, Elisa was a joy to work with. She was always ready to help find answers to our questions (and we had a lot!). Elisa was wonderful to work with! She helped in the search for an apartment for my dad and brother. She took initiative and asked us the basic questions first and then quickly set up a call with us to ask more detailed questions. She explained where she would be looking and how the process works with the different tools she had available. She connected with us often on the status of our search.
