A year ago my wife and I were moving from FL to Glenview and found a home through another broker before we met Abbie. Long story short, the first deal collapsed due to the poor brokers due diligence and we were basically without a home and in a Hotel. We found Abbie from a listing, reached out and told her of our dire situation, we need a house and a great one in the Glen, price, condition etc. and right now! Abbie is the absolute best real estate agent in the business. She was able to sell our home in under two weeks, for over asking price, and made the whole process smooth and easy. She was even able to get the buyer's bank to reassess our property when their bank's initial valuation was less than the sale price the bank had initially valued the property at...got us an additional $40K! She is amazing!!!
